AP/AR & Office Support
Hilton Mechanical Contractors, LLC is seeking a reliable and highly organized AP/AR & Office Support professional to manage daily accounts payable and receivable functions while supporting general office operations. This role works closely with the Controller and maintains clear communication with leadership regarding AP/AR status and priorities.
Responsibilities
Track, organize, and process accounts payable and receivable
Maintain an organized calendar and tracking system for all AP/AR deadlines
Coordinate with the Controller to ensure timely payment and receipt of invoices
Follow up on outstanding AR and resolve invoice issues
Keep leadership informed of AP/AR status, issues, and priorities
Perform basic office manager and administrative tasks
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using accounting software and spreadsheets
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred
Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
Construction or trade industry experience
