Senior Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison for clients, building trust through proactive communication and a deep understanding of clients' personal histories and current financial needs
Deliver timely, accurate follow-through on client requests and issues, coordinating internally to ensure a white-glove client experience
Manage client onboarding, facilitating communication between Venturi teams and external partners (accountants, attorneys, lenders, insurance brokers), ensuring seamless integration of complex entity structures with custodians and consolidated reporting
Coordinate account openings, transfers, and ongoing maintenance with clients and custodians, including preparing welcome packets, drafting authorization letters, and setting up standing and periodic instructions
Ensure accurate and efficient integration of external accounts and private capital investments, leveraging Venturi’s technology platforms
Manage asset movement requests (wires, ACHs, journals, cash management, dividend reinvestment, RMDs, capital calls) and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and processed
Maintain client cash reserves to support monthly fee billing
Process all other daily business transactions and ad hoc research requests with speed, accuracy, and care
Collaborate with the advisors to develop and execute comprehensive wealth management strategies, including estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and philanthropic initiatives
Provide administrative support to the advisors, including managing schedules, preparing presentations, and organizing key documents
Assist the advisors in reviewing financial reports prepared by internal teams before distribution to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals
Leverage Salesforce to manage tasks, follow workflows, and track client interactions, ensuring that all service items are completed accurately and efficiently
Evaluate and help improve internal processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and client experience
Proactively identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the team’s success
Uphold client confidentiality and integrity in all processes and interactions, ensuring sensitive information is protected at all times
Comply with Venturi’s policies, internal standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain fiduciary responsibility in all actions related to client service and advisory activities

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Private Wealth or Family Office environment, working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Bachelor's degree
Experience with similar technology platforms is required
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to connect with people, build strong relationships, and interact with a positive, professional attitude
Uncompromising commitment to confidentiality and discretion
Responsiveness and poise under pressure, balancing competing priorities without compromising quality
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
Strong collaborator who anticipates the needs of clients and advisors and leverages internal and external resources to proactively create value and bring creative solutions

Preferred

Background supporting complex families is highly preferred
Experience with estate planning, financial products, private capital, alternative investment operations, and private fund administration is a plus
Proficiency with Box, Salesforce, DocuSign, Fidelity Wealthscape, Addepar, and Arch is strongly preferred
