Digital Copywriter
Bestway USA is a company dedicated to innovation and diversity, recognized as one of the top places to work in Arizona. They are seeking a Digital Copywriter who will create engaging, customer-centric digital content across various platforms while maintaining the brand's voice and identity.

Responsibilities
Strategically and creatively produce consistent, attention-grabbing brand messaging across all digital channels and mediums such as website copy, banner ads and consumer emails
Seamlessly and succinctly write A+ content for B2B retail partnerships that are aligned with brand style, voice and tone for the featured products
Contribute to content marketing efforts by writing articles for Bestway’s blog on bestwayusa.com
Adhere to AP Style, Bestway’s Brand Story & Voice Guide and Style Book in all digital projects
Collaborate with U.S. and Global team members across all departments – from Marketing and Ecommerce to Product Development and Customer Service
Audit content throughout the year for consistency and additional style improvements
Support proofreading and editing efforts across content based on AP Style and Bestway’s Style Book. Consider copyright laws such as registered and trademarked symbols
Write and contribute benefits-driven product content for sales tools, promotional catalogs and packaging, as needed
Qualification
Required
Three to five years' experience of in-house corporate or agency product copywriting
Proficiency in AP style writing and experience maintaining brand copy standards
Comfortable utilizing SEO tools (such as Semrush)
Impeccable attention to detail and cares deeply about accuracy and adhering to B2B copy requirements
Well-organized; able to balance multiple projects quickly and efficiently
Passionate, creative storyteller with a knack for bringing ideas to life
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with a fast-paced, highly interactive environment
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter who proactively completes projects while bringing innovative ideas to the team to elevate the Bestway brand in the digital space
Embraces change and creates effective solutions; drives action when needed
Detail- and action-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude who embraces 'how can we' thinking
Comfortable presenting to, directly communicating with and receiving constructive feedback from senior leadership
Desire to be a brand advocate for Bestway, fully versed in our products and able to effectively speak to them with a comprehensive understanding
Sharp focus on the consumer or retailer, so that all product communication is as clear and impactful as possible
Desire to grow and continually learn
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing or Journalism & Mass Communication
Copywriting experience for both DTC and B2B
Experience with the Klaviyo email platform
Experience with Figma
Experience with Shopify
