Responsibilities
Monitor the technical execution of the AP1000 engineering schedule, recommend optimizations in design management processes
Maintain the engineering sections of the delivery plan
Maintain the standard engineering Division of Responsibilities (DoR) for AP1000 projects, help develop project-specific DoRs
Together with the project-specific teams, define and maintain the in-country resource development strategies to support future projects
Support leadership of the international internship program
Lead main technical teams, providing oversight while delegating work and mentoring team members
Provide technical guidance, direction, and collaborate with other personnel including partners suppliers, fabricators, and customers
Identify and define technical challenges, direct efforts to successful resolution
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Master's Degree in Engineering or Business
8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in AP1000 plant or new nuclear plant design
Experience in multiple engineering disciplines and process development/improvement
