Responsibilities
Execute test cases to validate features and functions of private networks
Provide reports, test results, raw data, and log files as required
Conduct wireless device and/or network testing
Support mobility and handoff scenario validation (5G–4G, Macro–Private)
Supply device logs and reference data for troubleshooting
Perform daily or as-needed status updates via email
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in wireless device/network testing
Working knowledge of lab networks and vendor infrastructure
Strong knowledge of 3GPP2 Layer 2/3 LTE protocols and IMS SIP protocols
Experience with 4G and 5G standards (NSA & SA)
Skilled with testing tools: QXDM/QCAT, XCAL/XCAT, Wireshark
Familiarity with Samsung and Android devices in debug/configuration modes
Experience validating test cases and procedures on Partially and Fully Redundant Core
Understanding of mobility event parameters in multivendor environments
