Responsibilities
Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently
Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product or order requests
Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Meet the needs of internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy
Answer and direct customer phone calls and/or emails to all appropriate Hartung contacts
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of excellent customer service office-based experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic math skills and multitasking
Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
A team-player attitude dedicated to team success
Preferred
Experience in the glass, construction, or banking industry preferred (but not required)
