Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives
Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure consistent communication and reporting of program status, dependencies, risks, and metrics
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned
Interact with team in the local office, as well as regional and firm-wide staff
Lead and support the implementation of systems and procedures to optimize program
Maximizing corporate profitability, marketing and representing all services within Matrix Design Group to develop new and existing business and supporting corporate vision and success
Assist with overall technical direction and program leadership to ensure successful design and implementation of project teams and technical programs
Ensure quality control across all programs; ensure deliverable quality, schedules and client satisfaction
Recommend new business opportunities and growing client base through reputation, contacts, and networking; supporting on major proposal efforts and interviews
Participate in professional associations and organizations to promote Matrix in the industry

Required

Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
Minimum five (5) years of relevant program management experience
Demonstrated multidisciplinary success with project and program management
Proven proposal/bid experience and project/program management experience
Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company's MVR
