Responsibilities

Coordinate the development of and execute marketing campaigns for products with cross-functional teams, including international marketers, creative, and analytics

Create detailed timelines and processes to scale the creation of product marketing campaigns

Manage the operational aspects of campaign execution, including technical setup and testing

Analyze marketing objectives and execution requirements to clarify resource needs and feasibility of campaigns

Develop and document a scalable in-product marketing campaign process for international marketing teams

Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to inform strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement

Qualification

Required

3+ years of project in project management or marketing operations

2+ years of experience with technical setup and testing of digital marketing campaigns

Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple cross-functional teams and time zones

Experience working strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and scale digital campaigns

Expertise in A/B testing and lift measurement

Experience working with teams to develop and improve operational systems and tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Excellent communication and project management skills

Product management, technical program/project management, or software engineering experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field

Preferred

PMI or PMP certification
