Responsibilities
Own and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Analyze actuals vs. plan and provide actionable insights to leadership
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews
Conduct customer, project, and profitability analysis to support decision-making
Identify, quantify, and help execute cost-saving and margin-improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate tradeoffs and investment opportunities
Lead and support ad hoc, high-priority initiatives of significant strategic value
Develop data-driven recommendations for senior leadership
Take projects from analysis through execution, working across the organization
Qualification
Required
Background in management consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or public accounting (valuation, transaction services, or complex modeling groups preferred)
Two to eight years experience in the above fields or with comparable responsibilities
Pre-MBA or post-MBA candidates welcome
Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; strong data analysis capability
Clear, concise written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills
Strong business acumen with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
Preferred
CPA is a plus, but not required
