People & Culture Leader
Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking a senior People & Culture leader to support scale and strengthen culture within a growing consumer business. The role involves working closely with the CEO and COO to develop and promote employees as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
Own and reinforce company culture in a practical, day-to-day way
Build succession plans and career paths so employees understand growth opportunities
Create development roadmaps tied to performance and readiness
Design and deliver leadership and management training
Provide executive and senior leadership coaching
Support employee relations with sound judgment and strong documentation
Stay close to employee engagement, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness
Pitch in where needed. This is a hands-on, low-ego environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience; must have similar experience from a start-up, non-corporate environment
Strong background in leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth
Comfortable coaching executives and senior leaders
Solid employee relations experience
Experience in founder-led or high-growth environments
Practical, adaptable, and collaborative
