Responsibilities
Observe and/or participate fully in all aspects leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management, etc
Provide the nursing center management team with regular support, feedback, and information regarding how the nursing center operates and how it can improve
Attend regional meetings, conferences, and workshops with Preceptor
Participate in task groups, work groups and other events with region-wide or company-wide impact
Develop special projects that add value to the nursing center and defend project processes and outcomes
CNA Certification Requirement: All AITs must complete a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class during the program. Completion and validation of the CNA class is required before graduation from the program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required
Must be working towards obtaining a Nursing Home Administrator license
