Responsibilities

Assist in the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new affiliate partners for our clients. Assist in the management of ICON’s Publisher Partnership Network, inclusive of recruitment, new client onboarding, and more

Support the communication with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary campaign assets, updates, and performance feedback

Assist in the setup and launch of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and implementation of links and creatives

Regularly monitor affiliate performance metrics, identify trends, and assist in the analysis of campaign results. Maintaining weekly and monthly reports will be a big part of the role

Help organize and distribute marketing materials, including banners, text links, product feeds, and other promotional content to affiliates

Assist in ensuring affiliate compliance with program guidelines and brand standards inclusive of brand policing, returns, refunds and publisher monitoring

Support the team in researching competitor affiliate programs and industry best practices

Assist in the preparation of performance reports and maintain organized documentation of affiliate activities

Actively participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and tools

Work collaboratively with other team members, including account managers, paid media specialists, and content creators, to ensure integrated marketing efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree required (preferable Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated interest in affiliate marketing. Internships or relevant coursework will be considered

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies

A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute

Must have the legal right to work in the United States
