Responsibilities

Review and validate employee data within assigned cases
Research discrepancies across multiple internal systems and scanned documents
Correct data issues tied to employment events, LOAs, and pensionable hours
Perform high volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
Utilize Excel for simple pivot tables and basic analysis
Work independently in an online setting while handling a high case volume

Required

High School diploma/GED required
2-5 years of experience in a related field
Excel and Word required
Strong research, analytical, and data entry capabilities
High attention to detail and investigative mindset
Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Self-starter with a high sense of ownership
Proven ability to operate in a fluid, cross functional, matrixed environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative, collaborative mindset
Ability to build strong partnerships across teams
