Responsibilities
Identify the client’s needs and assist with scheduling appointments
Ensure clients concerns, such as costs, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc., are addressed prior to appointment date
Receive inbound sales phone calls and leads in a courteous and accommodating manner
Confirm all client appointments prior to the appointment date, making adjustments if necessary
Follow up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with the Service Department, including attending Department meetings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
Previous customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Self-motivated and diligent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle
Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
