Responsibilities
Performing complex testing, troubleshooting, and checkout of electro-mechanical and electronic systems
Working closely with Engineering and Production to ensure reliable test execution, fault isolation, and equipment support for production hardware
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field
Minimum 7-9 years of experience in electronics assembly and test
Ability to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings
Experience with soldering and cable assembly
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong commitment to teamwork, quality, and process discipline
Preferred
BS/BA in Engineering or Engineering Technology
J-STD certification (terminals and wires, through-hole, and surface mount)
Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems
Experience with RF and microwave technology
5+ years of experience in a related test or engineering technician role
High-precision timing, test, and measurement experience
