Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for external personnel
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation processes
Present findings in clear, accessible formats (e.g., charts, graphs, written summaries)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Support ad-hoc analysis requests to address specific business questions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Business Administration or Information Management) and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
High degree of integrity, humility, and professionalism
Customer focused and respectful of others
Must feel comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel, via email, in person and in small group settings
An understanding of business process and relevant supply chain relationships that exist within the retail industry
Must be detail oriented and understand written/oral instructions
Outstanding planning, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible night and weekend, when necessary
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
Preferred
2-4 years of Retail experience preferred
Enterprise Data Management experience is preferred
SAP or similar ERP system experience is a plus
