Responsibilities
Maintain general ledgers and reconcile balance monthly for team and clients
Prepare rent and facility invoices monthly
Prepare annual tax and insurance true up annually
Obtain tax and return preparation information
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual cash-flow reports and financial statements
Properly track income and expenses
Manage payroll processed by third party payroll vendor
Manage and report Semi Annual P&L’s to Managing Principal
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3+ years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Relevant exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, and/or tax-preparation services
Experience with Sage/Peachtree preferred but experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software required
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and focus on client service
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate highest personal ethics and integrity
