Responsibilities

Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

Handle client intake and ongoing client management

Provide litigation avoidance counseling where appropriate

Develop and execute case strategy

Appear in court for oral argument, evidentiary hearings, and other proceedings

Draft pleadings and dispositive motions

Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions

Try cases as first or second chair, depending on experience

Collaborate closely with partners and associates in a team-oriented environment
