The Project Controls Billing Coordinator will be responsible for setting up jobs, preparing and submitting billings, coordinating with project management and customers, and maintaining accurate project records.

Responsibilities
Set up new jobs and sub-jobs in CMiC
Prepare, review, and submit monthly billings, including AIA progress billings
Coordinate closely with Project Management and customers on billing requirements
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
Support Project Management with budgets, billings, and CMiC-related needs
Assist with job closeout documentation, including COIs, affidavits, and final waivers
Maintain accurate project records and legal documentation
Ensure compliance with bonds, OCIP/CCIP, and customer-specific requirements
Collect and manage conditional and unconditional lien waivers
Maintain organized project files for audit and legal reference
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in construction billing, accounting, or project controls
Hands-on experience with AIA billing formats (G702/G703 or similar)
Strong Excel skills and document management abilities
Experience working with financial and project management software
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
