Responsibilities

Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assist in building and updating financial models used to project revenue, funding volumes, and cash flows
Prepare recurring and ad hoc KPI dashboards and financial performance reports
Analyze actuals versus forecasts and help develop insights to drive business decisions
Collaborate across departments to collect and consolidate operational data
Perform market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
Help automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other tools
Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews and assist with presentation materials
Support the Director of FP&A and broader Finance team with special projects

Required

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Available Part-Time or Full-Time
