Managing case timelines and follow-ups with attorneys
Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents
Issuing and tracking FOIAs and subpoenas
Coordinating document collection and review
Scheduling and preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Communicating with clients and witnesses
Preparing deposition and trial exhibits
Serving as trial paralegal when needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience
Strong organizational and case management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Tech-savvy (strong knowledge of litigation technology preferred)
Willingness to travel occasionally for trial (~2% travel)
