Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED with 20+ years of relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience:
Associate's degree + 14 years of experience
Bachelor's degree + 12 years of experience
Master's degree + 10 years of experience
10–20+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, facilities management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with handling and shipping procedures
Demonstrated ability to train employees on safety policies and procedures
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders to perform safety inspections
Preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Background in environmental compliance or occupational health programs
