Responsibilities

Join the Professional Liability Practice with the opportunity to work with an experienced trial team in the areas of Real Estate and Personal Injury defense
Defend professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Conduct strong research and writing related to professional liability law
Represent clients such as accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, and other professionals in professional liability cases

Qualification

California Bar AdmissionProfessional Liability ExperienceResearch SkillsWriting SkillsLitigation Experience

Required

Strong research and writing skills
At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Admission to the California Bar

Preferred

Experience in professional liability law
Substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in professional liability law
