Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Bloom Energy products and services using historical data, market trends, and sales input
Implement planning tools to improve forecast accuracy
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Installations and Client Delivery teams to align demand plans with revenue targets and customer commitments
Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure inventory optimization and cost efficiency
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and production schedules
Identify risks and opportunities in demand planning and develop mitigation strategies
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service levels
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
8 –12 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in energy or manufacturing sectors
Expertise in demand planning software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical forecasting methods
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams
Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results
Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity
