Responsibilities

Develop and execute quality assurance and test plans in support of software development and release activities
Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts, including functional, integration, regression, and system tests
Identify, document, and track software defects, coordinating with development teams to support resolution and re-testing
Support release readiness assessments, ensuring testing criteria are met prior to deployment
Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing testing input during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Support test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar frameworks
Develop and maintain test documentation, metrics, and reports to support program oversight and audits

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience testing web-based applications or software systems
Demonstrated expertise in test case development, regression testing, and test execution
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and defect tracking systems
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred

ISTQB, Agile Tester, or equivalent quality assurance certification
