Responsibilities
Work with clients, Insurance Associates, and carriers to ensure optimal client account maintenance and support
Manage the production and processing of all client account documentation
Maintain production reports for accounting purposes as well as performance tracking
Assist with answering phones, screening calls and relaying messages appropriately
Assist with firm audits and with maintenance of compliance files
Qualification
Required
5+ years of financial services industry experience, or an equivalent amount of experience, education, and training required
A general understanding of all carrier systems
Basic understanding of branch operating systems (i.e., Zywave, Redtail or similar)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint or SharePoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Ability to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources
Excellent attention to detail
Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups
Independent, self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
Ability to navigate client relationships and product usage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Texas insurance license preferred
