Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage new aerospace, defense, and advanced industrial customers, including OEMs, primes, and high-quality Tier 1 suppliers
Target accounts across markets such as space launch systems, satellites, defense platforms, autonomous systems, and advanced industrial equipment
Execute outbound prospecting efforts using LinkedIn, referrals, industry knowledge, and direct outreach to generate new opportunities
Open doors with organizations such as SpaceX, Blue Origin, Anduril, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BAE Systems, Honeywell, and similar customers
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or business development experience in precision manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or advanced industrial environments
Proven ability to operate as a pure hunter, opening new accounts and generating outbound pipeline
Experience navigating long sales cycles and complex procurement organizations
Preferred
Prior experience selling into aerospace and defense customers is strongly preferred
Understanding of CNC machining, precision manufacturing processes, or related industrial capabilities is highly desirable
