Lead compliance and privacy functions within a multi-hospital health system
Report to the Chief Legal Officer and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Oversee a team of three direct reports
Assist leadership in preparing for upcoming board committee meetings
Manage internal audit and compliance staff
Address ethics and privacy complaints
Evaluate current operations to propose and implement long-term structural improvements
Be highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing needs
Maintain excellent communication skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
