Responsibilities

Lead and implement operational improvement programs across all functions
Design and execute FTE reduction plans and establish a lean, efficient organizational structure
Optimize the company's operational footprint, building on existing restructuring initiatives
Enforce strict cost management practices and budget discipline
Drive transparency and accountability for sales and operations through robust cost control mechanisms
Partner closely with the CFO's office to institutionalize continuous performance controlling and reporting
Provide clear communication, leadership, and motivation to teams throughout the transition phase
Maintain a direct reporting line to the Global COO

Required

Proven track record (15+ years) in senior operations or restructuring leadership roles (COO, CRO, VP Operations, or equivalent) within industrial manufacturing or related sectors
Demonstrated success in executing organizational restructuring, footprint optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
Strong operational management experience in a multinational, matrixed organization
Experience managing through transformation, including workforce right-sizing and process simplification
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen
Decisive and pragmatic leader with a hands-on approach
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively under pressure and in complex change environments
