Responsibilities
Model wireless system and design in simulation platform
Design and study performance of new wireless algorithms and protocols
Work with cross functional teams on requirements for designs and simulation setups
Make design recommendations on hardware and software implementations based on simulation studies
Qualification
Required
BS and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
In-depth understanding in fundamentals of wireless communications
Understanding of wireless channel propagation and RF design
Experience with wireless simulation
Understanding in test-driven and API-driven development methodologies
Skilled in software language: C/C++/Python
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with transceiver algorithm design
Knowledge of wireless systems and protocols such as Cellular/WiFi/Bluetooth, and networking protocols like TCP/IP
Knowledge of event driven simulations
Familiar with version control tools
Knowledge and experience with AI and LLM
PhD is preferred
