Responsibilities

Oversee all credentialing, re-credentialing, payer enrollment, and privileging processes to ensure timely and accurate completion

Maintain provider files, track licenses and certifications, and uphold compliance with credentialing documentation standards

Support new provider onboarding by verifying credentials, completing payer applications, and preparing required documentation

Ensure adherence to NCQA, NPDB, HRSA, FTCA, and federal/state regulations while conducting exclusion checks

Update CAQH attestations, manage credentialing system updates, and prepare reports for leadership and committee review

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field required

2-4 years of credentialing or medical staff services experience in healthcare, with preference for backgrounds in community health centers or behavioral health settings

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing database applications, with experience updating and maintaining CAQH systems preferred

Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask while working independently or within a team

Demonstrated knowledge of credentialing standards, NCQA guidelines, HRSA, FTCA, NPDB, and federal and state licensing regulations
