Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
Experience in Business Development, Prospecting, and Negotiation
Knowledge of the health insurance or benefits industry is highly desirable
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work in an on-site environment in Naples, FL
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
