Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT systems including Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365
Ensure secure and efficient networking infrastructure across the organization
Deploy and manage Zscaler for secure internet access and threat protection
Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance
Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for seamless user access
Ensure HIPAA compliance across all IT systems and processes
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and clinical applications
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering within a healthcare environment
Expertise in Microsoft Entra, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
Strong knowledge of networking principles and technologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar are a plus
