Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build and maintain strong relationships, proactively addressing inquiries, and understanding their specific needs and goals. Responsible for delivering high-touch support and proactive communication

Oversee the entire billing process for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims; manage accounts receivable; and resolve denials to ensure timely payment

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and payer policies, such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines

Lead regular customer review meetings (weekly or bi-weekly cadence) to discuss performance, payer trends, and action plans

Monitor claim submissions, payment posting, denials, and aging AR to ensure targets are met

Identify trends in underpayments, delays, rejections, and drive remediation efforts to resolution

Support payer enrollment processes and credentialing updates when needed

Deliver cash flow, AR aging, and denial analytics with actionable recommendations

Track KPIs and hold stakeholders accountable for improvements
