Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years in a business-facing data engineering or data strategy role
Proven experience designing and building robust data pipelines
Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and database systems
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency in ETL/ELT frameworks, CI/CD, SQL, Snowflake, and NoSQL
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Experience mentoring data engineers and leading complex projects
Exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities
