Build and underwrite financial models and proformas for real estate investment and development opportunities

Evaluate and prioritize a large pipeline of active opportunities using risk-adjusted return metrics

Conduct market and submarket research to support assumptions around rents, demand, and growth

Analyze financing structures, capital market conditions, and refinancing scenarios

Prepare clear investment summaries and recommendations for senior leadership

Required

Strong understanding of commercial leases and lease language

Experience with market research and real estate tools such as Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build scalable, defensible models from scratch

Ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously with minimal oversight

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
