Responsibilities

Lead the Emerging Account Management teams to achieve retention and expansion targets
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for growing revenue within existing accounts
Manage team operations to ensure goals, deadlines, and deliverables are consistently met
Drive accountability through effective forecasting, pipeline management, and data integrity in Salesforce
Provide ongoing coaching through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions
Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing team members; manage performance and career progression
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, predictability, and scale
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to improve the customer expansion motion
Deliver regular reporting on team performance, pipeline health, and key initiatives

Required

5+ years of sales or account management leadership experience in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading expansion teams
Experience with MEDDPICC, The Challenger Sale and Value Selling frameworks
Proven record of driving revenue growth and retention within SMB segments
Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization
Strong coach with experience developing top-performing teams in high-growth environments
Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
Effective collaborator who works cross-functionally to achieve business goals

Preferred

Experience in CMMS, industrial SaaS, or a related B2B vertical is an asset
