Mueller Sports Medicine is looking for a Consumer Insights Marketing Intern to join their team for a summer internship. The intern will assist in designing and executing consumer research studies, analyze data to identify actionable insights, and collaborate with marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and executing consumer research studies (surveys, focus groups, online panels)

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify actionable insights

Support development of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate insights into recommendations

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape

Assist and support the team to prepare for customer line reviews using insights gathered from market research

Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization

Required

Completed one year of post-high school education and enrolled for the fall semester at a technical college or four-year university

Pursuing a BA/BS in marketing, communications, psychology, advertising, retail management or related studies

Have a grade point average sufficient to be considered in good academic standing

Ability to understand and comply with Mueller Safety Systems and current regulatory requirements

Team player with a positive attitude, collaborative and eager to learn

Excellent with time management skills and works well with a deadline

Makes sound decisions based on analysis, discussion, experience, and judgment

Strong planning and project management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Develops and maintains interpersonal relationships

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities

Use of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Valid driver's license

Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the organization's systems and data as well as client data

Preferred

Previous work experience or internships in the field or a related field of the internship including but not limited to marketing, business administration, statistics, data science, economics, psychology, sociology, anthropology, communications, public relations

Experience with planning, conducting, and analyzing quantitative and/or qualitative research

Familiarity with survey platforms (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics)

Experience with data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI)
