Qualification
Required
Expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign execution to effectively communicate organizational goals
Experience with content writing, social media management, and creative storytelling to craft dynamic and engaging materials
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize marketing initiatives based on data insights
Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with stakeholders and build effective partnerships
Proven experience in supervising teams, mentoring staff, and fostering collaboration within a creative environment
Comfortable with a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively
Preferred
Background in nonprofit marketing
Knowledge of CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
