Director/ExecutiveHomestream is building an AI-native platform for real estate investors to streamline property analysis and acquisition. They are seeking a Founding CTO to lead product and engineering efforts, focusing on architecture, user experience, and team-building.

Responsibilities
Lead engineering and product execution from MVP → 1 (and beyond)
Architect our AI + data pipeline (property data ingestion, comps/ARV logic, underwriting scenarios)
Build and iterate a world-class user experience (investor workflows + lender-ready outputs)
Establish best practices: CI/CD, security, testing, observability, performance
Hire and mentor early engineers as we scale
Qualification
Required
Lead engineering and product execution from MVP → 1 (and beyond)

Build and iterate a world-class user experience (investor workflows + lender-ready outputs)
Establish best practices: CI/CD, security, testing, observability, performance

Strong full-stack + systems instincts, comfortable with complex data sets (you've built real products, not just prototypes)
Experience with modern web stacks (Next.js/React, TypeScript, Postgres/Supabase, AWS/GCP)
Comfort working with AI/LLM workflows and data-heavy products (ETL, APIs, reliability)
Founder mindset: scrappy, accountable, high-ownership, high-velocity
Preferred
Bonus: PropTech, fintech/lending, or real estate underwriting experience
