Business Development Representative
Cadence Petroleum Group is one of the nation’s most progressive distributors of petroleum products, seeking a Business Development Representative to join their growth team. The role involves qualifying new leads through outbound calls and setting appointments for Territory Business Managers to follow up and close sales.
Responsibilities
Making 75–100 outbound calls per day to targeted prospects across multiple industries
Qualifying leads through discovery conversations and logging them in Zoho CRM
Setting qualified appointments for Territory Business Managers to conduct in-person follow-ups and close sales
Generating new leads from inbound calls, promotions, and prospecting lists from Zoom Info or internal resources
Partnering closely with TBMs to ensure a seamless handoff of opportunities through the CRM
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years of customer service experience with high-volume outbound calling experience
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Demonstrates quick problem-solving skills and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (CRM tool preferred) with ability to learn
Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Preferred
Petroleum product or automotive distribution background is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
