They are seeking an M&A Analyst to support deals through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and creating pitch books, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Financial Modeling: Building complex spreadsheets to forecast future financial performance and determine company value

Valuation Analysis: Using methods like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis to find fair prices

Pitch Book/Presentation Prep: Creating marketing materials (slides, summaries) for clients and internal teams

Due Diligence: Reviewing financial and operational data to assess risks and opportunities

Industry & Market Research: Analyzing trends and how companies fit strategically

Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build models (DCF, LBO) and perform valuations for potential targets

Market & Industry Research: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and target companies to find strategic opportunities

Due Diligence: Gather and analyze financial, operational, and legal data to identify risks and liabilities

Client Materials: Prepare pitch books, investment memorandums, and presentations for clients and internal teams

Deal Execution: Support the entire transaction cycle, coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors

Communication: Interact professionally with clients, senior bankers, and external parties
