Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and frameworks developments across the organization

Manage large teams, including direct and indirect reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Drive adherence to program management principles, including cost, schedule, and risk management

Oversee high-level P&L management and ensure financial performance targets are met

Implement and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) principles across programs

Mentor and develop program management talent, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) contracting mechanisms and Five Eyes nations contracting requirements

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape program strategies and capability development

Establish and govern Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive organizational performance and accountability

Portfolio reporting responsibility and governance across all programs within the capability area
