Responsibilities
Build and own Sinch’s global AI Partnership Strategy across four tiers
Develop tier-specific partner playbooks, joint value propositions, integration paths, support key verticalization efforts and channel pipelines including marketplaces
Lead internal alignment across Global Programs, Product, Engineering, and Sales
Create and maintain a high-fidelity partner landscape across the Globe
Identify high-value targets and track competitive landscape
Drive direct outreach to C-level and product leadership
Secure and lead 10+ high-impact meetings per quarter
Lead technical, commercial, and GTM workstreams
Drive LOIs, MSAs, and pipeline build targeting $3–5M revenue 2026
Support developer-focused engagement across GitHub, Hugging Face, Discord
Define KPIs: SDK downloads, signups, engagement metrics
Identify flagship partnerships for PR, stage events, and thought leadership
Qualification
Required
12+ years in enterprise BD, partnerships, or ecosystem leadership
Experience with AI ecosystem, CPaaS/RTC, messaging, APIs
Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
Builder mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration
