Responsibilities
Serve as a recognized expert in the field, representing the organization in industry and regulatory discussions related to electric operations and innovation
Lead the end-to-end execution of major cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
Mentor and coach project managers and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Anticipate challenges and design innovative, data-driven solutions to complex technical and strategic problems
Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives, establish performance metrics, and align initiatives with corporate priorities
Coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to achieve program milestones and strategic outcomes
Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions, driving consensus, storytelling, and actionable insights to support enterprise-wide initiatives

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10 years of experience managing large-scale, strategic, or technical programs within complex organizations
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Demonstrated expertise in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure industries
Proven ability to lead high-impact projects involving cross-functional collaboration
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop strategic recommendations and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a track record of diplomatic leadership
