Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining action inspiring data products utilizing a variety of data tools including but not limited to SQL, SAS, Azure Synapse Analytics (ASA), Databricks, and/or Power BI
Supporting business partners with health equity and social needs data gathering and analysis
Presenting data products to internal and external business partners
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis
Experience with Power BI for creating data visualizations
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in understanding healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on eliminating health disparities and improving the member/patient experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Advanced in SQL, SAS, and other data systems
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
