DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our PTM team. The role involves providing exceptional member service through digital communication tools, building trusted relationships, and helping members achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional member service via our PTM (Personal Teller Machine) channel; through the use of audio and video communication tools with a focus on improving the financial health of the membership

Build trusted relationships to identify opportunities and align the right products and services to meet the needs of each member

Continuously develop knowledge and skills to provide an exceptional member experience

Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU’s products and services to increase knowledge and confidence to contribute to their financial health and well-being

Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent

A minimum of at least 2 years' retail sales and/or call center experience

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

High aptitude for technology and the ability to build connections and relationships through digital platforms

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in high volume transactions and handling multiple tasks efficiently

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team, and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative

Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and conversations

Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to work in a fast-paced environment while managing large volume of transactions
