Manage onboarding projects and conduct training for new users
Assist with data migration and workflow optimizations
Act as a liaison between the customer base and our internal teams
Influence product development with user feedback
Maintain high-quality service with excellent communication skills
Qualification
Required
Experience in client accounting and/or commercial real estate
Proficient data management and Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with Salesforce and agile methodologies
Background in accounting (NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct etc.)
Proven ability to lead online training sessions
