Responsibilities
Lead operating expense oversight by analyzing and managing expenses and related accruals across key GL accounts
Own core aspects of the month-end close, including journal entries, detailed account reconciliations, and complex GL analysis
Assist with quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring timely and accurate external reporting
Partner with internal and external auditors, supporting audits and ensuring compliance with SOX controls and US GAAP
Manage corporate insurance programs end-to-end, including renewals, claims coordination, and risk mitigation
Support global treasury operations, including cash forecasting, CashPro administration, and banking documentation
Participate in accounting and operational projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and stronger internal controls
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance leadership and business partners to support reporting accuracy and decision-making
Provide ad hoc analysis and support for special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (or 3 years with a CPA or Master's degree)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and public-company compliance standards
Prior experience supporting audits and SOX-related processes
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
Proven ability to identify process improvements and solve complex accounting issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, hybrid work environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
Epicor Kinetic ERP experience is a plus
