International Supply Chain Coordinator
Liberty Paper is one of the nation’s leading B2B distributors of high-quality copy paper. They are seeking an International Supply Chain Coordinator to manage their global inbound logistics operation, serving as a liaison with overseas mills and ensuring seamless inventory flow into U.S. warehouses.

Responsibilities
Issue and manage purchase orders with overseas paper mills
Confirm production timelines and ensure timely release of goods
Liaise with international suppliers across Asia, Europe, and South America
Coordinate customs and import documentation (ISF, PierPass, etc.)
Communicate with brokers and ensure regulatory compliance
Track and manage shipments from port to warehouse
Work closely with freight forwarders, drayage providers, and 3PL warehouses
Ensure container delivery, unloading, and return are on schedule
Provide internal teams with real-time shipment status and inventory updates
Perform weekly reconciliations with warehouse partners
Serve as support staff for sales and executive teams, including high-value clients
Participate in vendor meetings; no travel required
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in international logistics, ocean imports, or supply chain coordination
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills — accuracy is mission-critical
Professional communicator with excellent English (Spanish a plus)
Comfortable juggling priorities, coordinating across time zones, and solving problems independently
Advanced Excel proficiency
Preferred
Prior experience with customs brokers, drayage, freight forwarders, and 3PLs
